I picked up this Brown Elm at my favorite wood place, Miller Pacific. All of his offerings are local, salvaged, and air dried. These shelves come in at 28 3/4″ by 4 1/2″ and the oak mounting brackets lend it another half inch from the wall. Cats are happywhen they can get up and away. Having a wall mounted cat tree saves space. Only buy this if you love your cat!
