Continental Drift

Description

This table is made with a Maple burl that was salvaged in Southern Washington. It has a very earthen and peaceful presence with its size and heft that lends a grounding feel. The table base has both rustic and refined elements. The resin was poured in many thin layers with the color coat at the bottom so the view into the crevices is not disrupted. The table is just shy of three inches thick.
