Description
This wall piece is made of wood from a salvage maple tree from southern Washington. The beautiful pattern or “figure” in the wood happens in less than 4% of maple trees and is commonly referred to as fiddleback. This wood is instrument grade and as such could have been used to make actual fiddles (hence the name). This features a tranquil pour of green resin applied in multiple layers for added interest. A steel frame off sets this from the wall one and a half inches. It can be hung either vertical or horizontal.
