For the love of a wood cookie, so round, so reliable, and usually so predictable. I challenged myself to see through the “cookie part” of the wood and only see the wood for its possibilities, and through a series of many directions, came this table. All tables have legs but often my tables really have legs, at times like that of an animal. I often referred to these as the rabbit legs when I was working on this. They remind me of the hind legs but then the feet have boots.. I ended up going with “The Dancer” as a nod to the movement of the piece. One of my favorite tables yet and it’s still a work in process.
